About Us

Whited PTO members consist of both parents and teachers. We fund raise and volunteer to enhance the educational experience of EVERY child. The goal of PTO is promoting communication and understanding of needs between staff, students, and parents. In order to do this, we fund raise throughout the school year to assist with these rising costs. We host and sponsor many events and fundraisers such as the Fall Festival, Walk-a-Thon, Fine Arts day, and more. We also sponsor community-building events such as Multi-Cultural Night and Clean Up Day.

Whatever your time schedule or interests may be, we have need of you. If you are unable to make the meetings, there are many other opportunities to volunteer.

We need you! Get the inside scoop on what is going on at our school. Being a part of the PTO is low commitment. You can just come and observe, sign up for a one-time task, spearhead an event, be on a committee or even become a board member – it’s up to you! All help is appreciated; no job is too small! Children welcome!
